Our frame was created to reduce processing times for spreading EVA foam.

Suitable for 60x40 sheets but can also be used with foam by the meter.

Frame size 50x40 cm

Support base 50x50 cm

Inlet hole for vacuum cleaner 3.5 cm

NB: The vacuum cleaner is not included; for proper operation, it must be at least 900W.

The frame covers bases with a maximum diameter of 30 cm and a maximum height of 25 cm.

How to use it?

Open the frame, insert the foam, and close it.

Heat the foam for approximately 40/50 seconds.

NB: For guaranteed results, the foam must be heated on an electric hot plate (or electric barbecue), not included.

Once the foam is heated, all that remains is to lower the frame onto the base with the vacuum cleaner already on.
